 In accordance with the RCAR regulations, shippers who meet the following criteria or any one of the following conditions will be classified by “SPEEDMARK” as “Known Consignors”:1 The Consignor has a business relationship with “SPEEDMARK” (at least for twelve continuous months; meaning they have made three shipments in the last 12 months with “SPEEDMARK” with the last shipment being in the last 6 months – without any incident);
2 Any industry-recognised security certification with current validity (such as STP, TAPA Cat Grade A and/or B or C-TPAT Tier 2 or 3)
