Speedmark Air Transportation Pte Ltd is committed to partnership with Singapore Customs to establish, implement
and comply with Singapore Customs Rules and Regulations including Strategic Goods control Act (SGCA) and
Strategic Goods Control Regulations (SGCR) to safeguard the security of the supply chain.

This is to ensure all movement of goods are properly managed in accordance to customs rules and regulations.

Speedmark Air Transportation Pte Ltd will do its best to ensure employees possess the necessary awareness of this
policy statement.

Any employees who deliberately violate this policy may be subject to disciplinary action.

This "Trade Compliance Policy Statement" and it's contents herein are approved by Vice President of Speedmark Air
Transportation Pte Ltd.
